Jessica and Marc met at exactly the right moment in their lives. Jessica was just beginning her teaching career, full of excitement for what lay ahead, while Marc had recently moved back to Long Island after several years in New York City, feeling settled and ready for something meaningful.

After a week of getting to know each other, Marc asked Jessica out on their first date at Iron Ramen in Lake Grove. From the moment they sat down, it was clear something special was unfolding. They talked, laughed, and lost track of time, eventually closing down the restaurant. It truly felt like love at first sight.

Since that night, Marc and Jessica have been inseparable. Despite Jessica’s brief attempt to “play it cool,” the two quickly realized they were happiest together, spending nearly every day and night side by side. Over time, they have created countless memories filled with family, friends, great food, and lots of laughter.
